1. Experience
At Aaxe we recruit and hire household helpers who have previously worked as household help, and who therefore already have experience. We also provide training when they are recruited and also during their employment.
We ask the persons for whom they have already worked for references. This way we know the qualities of each household help. This allows us to offer our clients (you) a reliable household help.
2. Training
We organise training courses for even the most experienced household helpers. These trainings are offered monthly. These courses are about:
- Cleaning techniques
- The right products to use
- A French course for those with a different mother tongue
- Ergonomics to avoid physical complaints while working
- Ironing techniques
These courses and trainings make our household help even more reliable.
3. Insurance
The advantage of a domestic worker with an employment contract with Aaxe is that your household help is also insured for accidents in the workplace or on the way to work. Because despite her experience and skills, a household help can sometimes have bad luck or damage something. Aaxe also ensures that the household help is covered by a civil liability insurance, so any damage he or she would cause to a customer is also compensated.
4. Tailored to your household
Our employees listen to your wishes. We look for the household help with the desired skills. We ensure that she gets to you quickly and that she has the skills that meet your needs.
For example, for some customers, such as the elderly, it is important that the household help is patient. A household with small children, on the other hand, expect household help that is good with children. Others may want a very meticulous domestic help …

5. Organisation and planning
Our employees look after the schedules and planning. It’s necessary the schedule meets the wishes or demands of our customers. You choose whether you want a household help who comes by during the week, during working hours or on Saturday. Some household helpers also work on Saturdays.
We ensure that you always have the same household help. She knows your house and comes at set times. For example, she can come weekly on the same day, always at the same time, in the morning or in the afternoon, depending on the agreements with the customer. This reinforces the bond of trust and builds the relationship between the client and the household help.
When your household help is prevented by vacation or illness, Aaxe will offer you a replacement. The customer then decides whether or not they want a substitute household helper. The substitute is of course also an experienced, trained domestic worker with good references.
6. Loyalty and motivation
